📦 Shipping Policy

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items are made specifically for you and will ship within 4 to 6 business weeks from the order date. These timelines are based on our current production schedule and may vary slightly during peak seasons.

IMPORTANT:

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the 4–6 week fulfillment window. Any chargebacks made prior to this timeframe are subject to dispute and will be automatically overturned with this policy and order confirmation used as evidence.

In-Stock (Pre-Made) Products:

Orders of pre-made items are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customs & Import Fees:

For international orders, custom duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any fees or delays caused by customs clearance.
